Palm Arts Dance is offering a Dance PE program to Middle/High School Students. This class series will incorporate a variety of dance styles. Class will begin with a warm up including dance technique, stretching, and strength conditioning. Dancers will be encouraged to interpret and execute moves and steps in their own way. These classes are open to all levels of experience and will be energetic and fun. All levels are encouraged! All classes will take place in Studio 145, located by the Palm Theatre lobby.
